Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note that the processing time might increase during season holidays or high volume of orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over S$250 within Singapore. For orders under S$250, please check the shipping charges on checkout.
Deliveries are made from 11am to 4pm everyday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.Â
In-store pickup
Please contact us if you wish to have your items picked up at our office. You may use the contact details to contact us.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

How do I check the status of my order?
When you placed an order, the order details will be reflected in [My Account]. We will send an email/text once we had scheduled a delivery and keep you updated of the status.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.Â
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@erakloft.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
